The short version

We are not a roofing contractor

That sentence does more work than anything else on this site, so it goes first. We are not a crew that shows up after a hailstorm. We do not tear anything off, we do not put anything back on, and there is no dumpster in your driveway. Here is the list of things we do not do:

What we do instead

One service, applied properly

Asphalt shingles do not usually fail because something hit them. They fail because they dry out. Heat and sun pull the oils out of the mat over years, the shingle goes stiff, and a stiff shingle cracks at the edges and lets go of its granules. On the Gulf Coast that happens faster than the number printed on the bundle suggests.

We spray a treatment onto the shingles you already have. It soaks in and puts back the flexibility they lost, so the roof keeps doing its job instead of getting torn off and thrown away. That is the whole service. We do not upsell you into anything else, because there is nothing else for us to sell.

How we work

Sometimes the answer is no

The treatment suits a roof that is worn but sound. It does not rescue a roof that is leaking, storm damaged, or curled past the point of coming back. Those roofs need a contractor, and we will say so.

So the assessment is free and it is a real assessment. We get on the roof, photograph what your shingles are doing, and show you the pictures. You keep them whether you hire us or not. If your roof is not a candidate, that is the end of the conversation and it costs you nothing.

Based in Deer Park

We work out of Deer Park and cover the surrounding east Harris County and Bay Area communities, including Deer Park, La Porte, Pasadena, Baytown, Seabrook, Shoreacres and the towns between them. This is the ship channel side of Houston, and the salt air and heat here are exactly what age a roof early.
