Our Commitment
A roof is not a luxury purchase. If someone cannot use this site to ask about theirs, that is our problem to fix, not theirs to work around. We want Roof Reboot TX to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and higher contrast.
The Standard We Build To
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means every page is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, text meets AA contrast against its background, images carry meaningful alternative text, form fields have real labels, headings run in order, and animation respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
We test with automated tooling on every build. We have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive technology, so we describe this as our target rather than a certified result.
Known Gaps
Listing what is not fixed yet is more useful than claiming everything is. Current known limitations:
- Some content is delivered through third parties we do not control, including the embedded booking calendar, the map view of our service area, and spam protection on our forms. Their accessibility is set by the vendor.
- No full manual audit with a screen reader has been completed.
- PDFs or documents we send by email are not covered by this statement.
Report a Problem
If any part of this site blocks you, tell us and we will fix it. Say which page you were on and what happened. If you cannot use the site to reach us, use the email address below directly, and if you would rather just book a roof assessment over the phone or by email instead of through the site, we will handle it that way.
