A second opinion on your roof replacement
A second opinion on a roof replacement quote is worth having before you sign for a new roof.
Ours comes from a Deer Park company that does not sell replacements. If your roofer turns out to be right, we lose nothing by telling you so. It is free, and you keep the photographs of your shingles either way.
We look at the shingles, not the quote
A replacement quote tells you what a roofer can sell. It does not always tell you what condition the roof is in. So we get on the roof and check the same six things on every visit, and we photograph what we find.
We will not price your roof over the phone. Nobody can judge a shingle from the ground.
- Shingle flexibility
- Granule loss
- Cracking
- Storm damage
- Active leaks
- Shingles intact
One of three answers
Two of them make us no money. We give them just as readily.
Your roofer was right
Storm damage, a leak, or shingles that have gone too far. The roof needs a roofer, not us, and you will have photographs that show why. You owe us nothing.
Not yet
Your roof is in better shape than the quote suggested. Nothing needs doing now. We note the date and you keep the photos.
A candidate for rejuvenation
The shingles are dried out but intact, which is the roof the treatment is for. You get a price at the roof. Most land between $1,000 and $2,000.
We will not run down the roofer who quoted you. Their quote may be exactly right. The point is to find out before you spend the money, not after.
Check the roof before you sign
A free second opinion, photographs of your own shingles, and a straight answer, including when the answer is that your roofer was right.

Roof Looks Bad but Isn't Leaking?

Why Deer Park Roofs Age Differently
Dallas roofs mostly get hit. Gulf Coast roofs mostly get cooked. Why shingles in Deer Park dry out before they wear out, and what that means for yours.
